What base are they slated for? Any DEC slots for them if you have a 170/90 type already? At the ‘voy now but gotta think about this news. May be a good idea to catch that hiring wave now ya know?

hes a troll don’t listen to anything he says. There are no DEC at Mesa you can bid captain and take it when your seniority comes up. But shouldn’t be too long.

I heard second hand that there are about to be massive delays I’ll let someone else confirm if that’s true or not.

Long story short, there are not enough sim instructors ready to train on the Ejet side as we just lost a bunch to mainline carriers, so there are delays getting guys through the sim while they train more sim instructors, current classes are expecting 1-2 months delay for sims. On the other hand we have a second Ejet sim being installed in phx. In theory they should be able to catch up once the sim is up and there are more instructors trained.

No delays on CRJ side that I know of.

that new Ejet sim won’t be operational til after the new year. After it’s built it needs to be certified. Hopefully that can be expedited.

Is Mesa opening a crew/MX base at MCI? Looks like they’re running ads for mechanics and other personnel?

Maybe for the cargo operation. I think the ejet only has 1-2 aircraft there a night
