Not really.

You should see his posts in other forums. I doubt he’s ever had a coherent thought.

like Atlas is getting screwed on their new contract, in which management used Mesa operating 737s so cheaply as an excuse not to give more pay or QOL. As soon as Mesa stops bending over and accepting what y’all accept, the easier it will be to move ahead with pay and QOL. Until then..
Theres so much wrong with all of this. Are you saying low cost operators should go away?

Atlas should have gotten a better negotiating committee, if what you’re saying is true, but I’m guessing you’re just talking out of your ass. You’re saying atlas got screwed because of our contract which is currently up for renewal. Where do you think the rest of the industry was when our contract was originally agreed upon?

my post was in reference to someone saying over the next 5-8 years is when we have leverage to up pay across the board, industry wide. I’m saying we need the bottom scalpers to climb up to par with everyone else before that can happen.

How high do y’all expect your new contract to go? Year one FO’s go to $40 an hour? $45? 50+? What’s it gonna be?
You're an idiot

You do know we are on one contract right? Theres no separate contract for the cargo fleet. When we started the cargo op, our current contract was simply amended to include the new fleet type. All new rates will be negotiated.

I expect the same thing to happen that happened with our last contract: our first year FO rates will be higher than the current lowest, but not higher than the current highest.

Why is your happiness so dependent on our next contract?

That’s not even near how that works you’re constantly spouting pure crap on here. I guess I’m not surprised.

While our contract is currently in Arbitration, actually the ball is in the Arbitrator court now as both parties have made their pitch. A new negotiating committee wouldn’t have stop the delay tactics that management used.

It is true that Management has used MESA for 737 rates comparison.

Sounds like that issue is with management then, not Mesa. Considering our contract is up for renegotiation currently, and the size of the cargo operation being that we only have 2 737s, it’s hard to believe that our contract would seriously be the deciding factor for comparison sake.

With that being said, Atlas is the Mesa of the cargo world. Raise your standards, raise your pay.

Blame Sun Country then because that’s where the Mesa 737 rates came from.
