How am I supposed to know what a 3 letter ambiguous code is? My classmates did not even know what an "RO6" or "RS2" "FDP" code or whatever is either. They were thrown into the line without knowing what their schedules mean lol

Pretty sure you're getting heat because "resigned" and RSN code are somewhat easy to figure out. Especially considering the RSN code started on the day YOU told mesa what your last day was...#themoreyouknow

You’ll also be paying about $400 a month for commuter hotels because the company refuses to provide even 1 or 2 commuter hotels per month, which commut air gets at least 4 for free

How are the benefits?
Not true according to classmates on the line, junior people ive talked to already on the line, and people in class before me.

"on ready reserve, 5/6 days a week 10 hours a day. Hardly ever called, 200 hours over 12 months"

Granted if you hold a line you will fly a lot up until your heart desires. But that takes a LONG time.

To answer your question, " sitting wishing to be flying" is more like it.

To answer your other question, Mesa does not need FO's, and other regional as well. They are losing millions in payroll for having people sit around and do nothing like someone else said a few pages back, due to having no captains to fly with. Granted it will change, but who knows when. Could take some months. Could take a year. Could take longer than a year. I moved to a LCC and I heard there is way more flying over there, even reserve. More stable as an airline as well. Better QoL.

On a side note, why does this thread say there is 273 pages when there are only 263?? this has happened more than once when it shows there are like 10 extra pages and then its nothing??

My question is who is going to be the FOs for the 6 CRJ CAs starting E-Jet training next month for Phoenix. I bid PHX FO regardless.
