You get paid 50% of your hourly pay to sit and play video games. The same as everybody sitting at their house playing video games. Still baffles me that no one seems to mind this... can’t work out or cut your grass but hey we get paid to play video games, what a sweet deal.

Get ready, AA can and will remove the first 10 aircraft in the second half of this year. Not to mention the 5 extra on there temporarily. So 15 total aircraft WILL be leaving the CPA between now and January 1st, 2022.

the ONE thing Mesa should try to get on the new contract is better reserve rules. People who have been there 25 years could be forced to sit airport standby. Seniority on reserve means absolutely nothing over there. That should 100% be unacceptable. Can’t see JO offering any pay raise, so try QOL improvements

Reserve is reserve, always room for improvement. But 19 days of 8 hour ready reserve shifts paid at min guarantee for a year or more now? I can’t believe that’s the same at other airlines, even regionals. And if it is they should be embarrassed too. It’s ridiculous.
