The biggest issue is mind set. I remember an instructor saying to my partner, when he was in the left seat and looked to the left during a problem, “See that guy in the reflection? That is the guy who decides what we do next.” It was a good lesson for us to learn.

Default FO Training

Anything new in and around the training department, specifically for bringing on the new FOs that are supposed to now start in April? Are the captain upgrades/737 training progressing as expected? Any signs there will be further delays?

Few bidding for upgrade. DEC if any will be prioritized. I expect further delay on fo classes.

Since per diem is not taxable,

I already filed my tax return with whatever is stated on the W-2

I did not know per diem is not taxable, should I ammend my return and withdraw all per diem, how much do I know is perdiem and actual pay

or does the 2-w already take this into factor, and takes off per diem?

This new bonus for FO upgrades is a joke. So if you upgrade and have a 2 yr flow to UA? HA! What is for the FO side that is already in Aviate already?

Is there still a bonus available to new FOs? I saw a few posts back about that $50k bonus but can’t find any info on the Mesa website about it.

You don’t understand the program. The problem is neither does the company. There’s a few T’s that need crossing and I’s that need dotting.

I don’t think so. We are over staffed with FOs especially on the CRJ side
