Chapter 11 is at the discretion of the business (or person). Don’t need to be broke. The company proposes the plan to the judge.

Chapter 7 is forced liquidation (or ocasionally reorganization) by the creditors. The creditors propose the plan to the judge.

Can’t really see Connie going for that. Be easier to buy a piece of National.

Is it common for folks to go from CRJ-FO to EJET-FO?

If you do that, do you get any priority in training, or do you have to do everything with the new hires

Oh, it gets better. The Houstonites liked to refer to themselves as mesa mainline, some of them actually meant it.
