Depends on if you are a new hire or been at mesa for some time. But for most people the rates should have changed. But I haven’t asked around.

If you accepted the sign on bonus... You are still stuck on 36/hour until you finish IOE, then you will get the new rate 100/hr and the sign on bonus.

If you did not sign the sign on bonus, you should have been getting it now.

How does parking at home base work exactly?

Does Mesa pay for it fully?

If so, say I work in DFW and my home is there. how do I get a parking pass?

Exactly, if hired before 9/15/22 and still not done with IOE you get 36.72 till the end of IOE the you will get $100/hr from that point plus your bonus.

If you get the DFW parking pass it is paid in full. If you need parking at a different airport they will reimburse you 50 some dollars a month. You get to use one or the other. Should be able to get it from the base administrator, Once you are in base.

I am relatively new and am awaiting IOE. I turned down the signing bonus so I could get the new rates now. The recruiter confirmed I should get the $100/hr now and it should be reflected on this upcoming check. However I went to ADP and it appears incorrect. I just wanted to get it corrected and don't know the correct avenue to follow.

From what I understand there are new payrates on September 15th, 2022, 2023, and 2024. But the 2024 rate is good forever and doesnt go down in 2025.

Start with pilot payroll and go from there.

Get ahold of the LOA, might be on the ALPA site, or from a rep in your base. Unfortunately the last sentence of first paragraph under Duration says “ this LOA shall be valid for three (3) years”

Yes it might be wrapped into a new contract but as it stands it has an expiration date.
