What’s the rule at Mesa? Can the PF basically fly the airplane via AP/guidance panel below 10k’ or are the callouts commanding the PM to do all that? I couldn’t really tell from the profile without having more detailed SOPs in front of me. Thanks.
If AP is on the guidance panel is yours. The FMS below 10k is the responsibility of the PM.

Ah that’s a very good clear way of stating that. Thank you.

No. September October November guys are all finished and gone except for a few recycled ones. January class is starting sims, February guys are almost done with systems integration, March guys are starting systems integration this week, they are starting about three classes of SIT a month. In about two months, likely all those on hold will be called back. Just the current picture at the moment.

I'd count on 3 to 5 years. They could still say no based on background checks, job performance, and/or training records.

Conflicting information regarding training footprint for the E-Jet… I’ve seen 75 days,4-6 months, now 11 months. Can we get some multiple confirmations of the actual situation?

Welcome to Mesa!!! Who knows, it’s a moving target. It went so high people started quitting. That combined with halting upgrades caused it to come back down. Now that combined with the new rates are about to send it to da moon!! One thing that will likely never change is the ineptitude of the training department. I hope I’m wrong.

Well I have a class date soon. When I get on property I’ll offer whatever real-time information I can get.

There is a certain someone in the training dept that should have been fired for incompetence a long time ago but somehow hasn’t.
