not bad even if for first two years
thats comparable to LCC wages
Its 76 hours. Not 75. That’s 7600 x 12 = 91200. We haven’t seen 76 hours since covid. Most months for line holders is 83-90. A smart reserve that wants to make money can credit 100 a month.

This is kind of misleading. When was 2021? The money is coming from the partners and the sale of assets.

You can make 100 hours a month for 10 months though. Which is 100k. And be sure to minus taxes from all that as well. And even that would be no-lifing it
not how this works my friend.

I regularly credit well more than I actually fly. You can credit 100 but fly way less.

As a potential new hire I’d like to be able to see the entire LOA as well as the current contract. Is that possible?

Remember when he bragged “you should have let me negotiate for you” two contracts ago. This will never change. If you think it will you’re a fool.
That is not how it works at all.

If there is no language rolling it back to previous levels, then the rate at the end of the contract (amendable date is the correct term since under the RLA they don't really expire, they become amendable in section six). The point is there is no snap-back provision in the TA, so these are permanent raises after the amendable date. Then you negotiate from there forward.

Well done guys, Been saying these days were coming for years, that FFD/CPA agreements are not the gold standard anymore, Pilot Staffing is the new currency. All regionals will either pony up the money and QOL changes or go the way of Trans States and Compass.....

Congrats !!

No. no airline does this. It’s the ultimate bait and switch.

Ask your recruiter. I’d like to see what they say.

More likely this was AA and UA sick of listening to management saying they don't need to give raises while watching their flying decrease so they pushed them to action.

You children just don’t know how the world really works do you. You all claim knowledge you have absolutely no idea of reality. I’ve been at mesa longer than most if you have been alive and have seem all our ALPA contracts and dozens of others at other carriers be torn to shreds by unscrupulous management groups. You all think in absolutes. The only two absolutes in life are death and taxes.
