Not unless there is specific language that stipulates that. This is a legally binding contract. You can’t just iply something. Until I see language that says the rates are permanent until new rates are negotiated then I’ll believe it…nothing more. Otherwise that payscale is just a chart full of numbers.

Default Question?

So with the new pay rate
75 hours guarantee a month that would equate to 7500/month, 90k year for FO
if one flies 100 hours a month that would be 10k a month, 120k a year for FO
not bad even if for first two years
thats comparable to LCC wages

Great day for Mesa Pilots! Seems like JO’s last attempt to save the company. I’m curious to see how the company can afford these new rates since they haven’t been profitable since 2021.

Except you can't fly 100 hours a month for 12 months. That would exceed 1000/yr limitation

You can make 100 hours a month for 10 months though. Which is 100k. And be sure to minus taxes from all that as well. And even that would be no-lifing it

You can credit 100 hours a month, or 120…etc

Thats just false. They’re no reversion to prior rates.

9/16/24 = back to current rates

It’s a two year deal unless your a democrat and 1+1 is the obviously 3….
EFFECTIVE is when the rates begin. Not when they end. On 9-15-24 the rates go up. They don’t go back down one day later. You are just making stuff up. They will STAY at the 2024 rates until we renegotiate something different. There is no snap back - there is just no annual 1 pct increase after 2024.

You don’t know how this works. So when our PWA from 2017 expired rates would go back to prior rates? Uh. No. This is an amendment to that PWA. NO the rates do not snap back. No it’s not two years.
