Not in the short term. If we get property staffed yes it’ll go away. But it’ll be a while.

4200/75= $56 + 100 = $156

Coincidence???

I guess not, smart move on C5s side holding people through the Rentention rules. For those in Aviate is gonna be the same…
I much prefer the rate in the hourly pay with no payback requirement. I like this better.

As a LAMA member I'm shocked, but then I suppose they didn't have much of a choice. This will now snowball since Mesa is the 5th Regional to give a major pay raise. The remaining carriers will have to remain competitive or wither on the vine.
I'll try to attach a copy of the new pay rates.

Sadly the rates are not permanent. Only temporary.

You must not have passed world problems in 7th grade math.

9/15/23 to 9/15/24 = 1 year
9/16/24 = back to current rates

It’s a two year deal [MOD EDIT: POLITICS]

If it's a 2 year deal that ends on 9/16/2024, then why do they have a column with rates starting on 9/15/24?? Are those rates only good for one day?? I think not. The rates starting on 9/15/24 are good in perpetuity until a new deal is reached.
