It’s crap. Two year deal. Pay only. No other improvements. I can guarantee you on 9/16/24 (or sooner) we’ll be back to the current rates. It’s a temporary bandage. As soon as the company is staffed this goes away. I’ve seen it too many times. It’s in jos DNA to screw pilots. Its sport to him.
