Yep, or if you “deny” a “junior assignment” (not a real thing since we don’t have junior assignments and yet they can drop your premium pay for the entire month from 300 to 200% for not accepting it). Just another fun little easter egg. Don’t worry they would have “forgotten” to add the 300% to your check anyway.

some dollars. Shady as F

also cool features like, you finish your line period. Get on airplane to commute home. . . Land and now you are unavailable for junior assignment.
now you don’t get premium pay for the month cause you have an “absence”. Welcome to holding a line, which is glorified reserve as far as the company is concerned. Just stating some facts. Desperate times.
There’s a procedure to fix this. Pm me.

Once they release the general 300 pct e-mail the 200 becomes 300 percent is finished. It’s all 300 pct.

Good on you for going the extra mile by coming here to ask. By going to that level you have certainly demonstrated that you will be offered the job. Doesn’t take much around here bro.

How long does it take to get Louisville KY as a base as a new FO from DOH?

Most recent CRJ class was all DFW. The one before that had a SDF. Probably not long

As of the latest quarterly report, Mesa has approximately $79m in cash ($120m in liquid assets) and total assets of $1.3bn. They can afford to pay you more. Don’t let the extra $200 a month drag the entire industry down.

Its not your wallet.

You conveniently left out the debt of 1.1 billion. 250 million of which is the government loan that must be repaid.

it must be repaid. But not right now and not in one bulk payment. I can explain how loans work if you’d like?

All airlines have debt. Mesa actually has a way better debt/equity rate than most airlines.

As a LAMA I’m not directly effected by this contract. But as a professional pilot in the US airline industry, we are ALL effected by this woefully inadequate industry floor contract. Next time any airline bargains, their financial comparison analysis drops percentage points based on the lowest, worst contract. And this is it.

You’re either management or have some personal stake in this being passed. It’s you (and the troll) vs. everyone else.
