two weeks are in. Bitter sweet. I’ll miss the crews/people. Not the airline. Also, touching on the non-AQP initial training. It’s pretty easy if you do your job and what’s ask of you. People making it seem like non-AQP is a huge deal. It’s like every other checkride/training most of you have had prior. Pass/fail. You’re either able to complete the maneuvers safely and within standards or you can’t. Personally I think that’s how it should be. Even with non-AQP I see plenty of pilots make it through to the line who have no right to be there.
