The fact I’m moving up 30-50 seniority places each time they’re updating the global seniority is concerning. As much as I’d love to stick around here and see if this place finally sinks or weathers another storm I think the LCC lifestyle is much more appealing. Curious to see which regional carriers and specifically aviate carriers bite the dust in the next year.

Here are the rest of my notes
Attrition in line with rest of industry
Blames government regulation
3rd 737 in scheduled service in May
11% decrease in hrs from last year.
Can’t give guidance past next 2 quarters which should be flat.
Competitive new hire pay.
JO says weeks for pilot contract, pay not competitive….
He really believes that repealing the 1500 rule and age 67 will fix all his problems. I personally think 1500 rule will only save them for about a year then the regionals will be back where they are currently.

It would absolutely hurt pilots everywhere though. Gonna be hard to make improvements when there’s guys with 250 hrs willing to take $15/hr to fly an RJ. There would be a national strike before it got repealed.
