“To transition to a participating UAX carrier, Aviate participants now only need to meet specific training or employment milestones at a participating partner; participants are no longer required to build time exclusively in the Aviate ecosystem.”

Sounds like AA folks are good to go as well.

Oh damn I didn’t read that part. If it’s open to everyone including the AA side, I’m sure JO will put a stop to it. He’ll send Coodrough on a motivation tour trying to keep people here.

To transition to UAX carrier... Isn't this about folks who aren't 121 yet though?

“Candidates who have previously attempted to join Aviate through the UAX Entry Point, a prior CPP, or United through United’s traditional pilot hiring process but were unsuccessful in their first attempt are not eligible to apply, or opt in to Aviate but remain eligible to apply to United through United’s traditional pilot hiring process after waiting 12 months since the first failed attempt.”

Sorry should have said the source...its the fine print doc those already in aviate received via email. Aviate program guide dated 2/18/22.

Thanks for sharing. Sucks that showing initiative and applying early in the process is penalized if you got a no. Timing was never my strong suit.
