Im not psychic, but I would think that it’ll immediately make around 200 or so EJet captains eligible for a flow, and they’ll be gone as soon as they can be, and then the company will need to train their replacements, including the subsequent replacements jamming up the sims. I might be wrong, but I’ll say you are a ****ing idiot if you pass that opportunity up.
Not just EJET captains if I understand it right…
“To transition to a participating UAX carrier, Aviate participants now only need to meet specific training or employment milestones at a participating partner; participants are no longer required to build time exclusively in the Aviate ecosystem.”
Sounds like AA folks are good to go as well.

To transition to UAX carrier... Isn't this about folks who aren't 121 yet though?

“Candidates who have previously attempted to join Aviate through the UAX Entry Point, a prior CPP, or United through United’s traditional pilot hiring process but were unsuccessful in their first attempt are not eligible to apply, or opt in to Aviate but remain eligible to apply to United through United’s traditional pilot hiring process after waiting 12 months since the first failed attempt.”
