Mesa 4.0 what’s the latest

Correct, when you show up for your HR day, that's when you start earning your paycheck. Although pay schedule is a bit different, we started January 19, and there won't be a transaction into our accounts until February 16, and every two weeks after that. Background checks involve the past 10 years of serious crimes that are listed on airlineapps.
We are told the footprint is normally about 80-90 days without sim delays and they are currently calling August classes, us being the January class I'm just not sure if we are coming back in a couple months or summer timeframe they initially told us.

"BoB Mount"
Any CRJ pilots heading to training, and you want/need a BoB mount, PM me. I have one for sale, only used by a little old grandfatherly pilot who flew out and backs to BUR* on Sundays.
*Because BUR was the closest he could get on a Mesa bid to Pasadena.
Silly joke aside, I do have one for sale.

I second the BOB mount I loved mine when I used it. Takes up less space in your flight bag. I switched to the single cup suction to get used to it prior to heading to the EJET. Looks like the training department still is a zoo as I’ve had my upgrade date pushed back three times since I have to transition. Lovely time to be here if you’re a NH and want to fly however. Regardless of the jet you pick.

they know something has to be done. They have no choice. If they want to keep the airline at its current size and not solely dependent on a UA contract they need to attract more candidates. They’re not competitive at $36 and hour and 2.5 year upgrades.
