Like I’ve said all through this post - yeah it happens. I’m talking averages here. Even in this environment, 250 FO time with a civilian background IS NOT your average hire at a legacy. Get your apps squared away - no reason not to. But to say “looks like the number is 250” doesn’t even mean anything. So a guy gets hired with 4000 121 PIC, do I say, looks like the number is 4000 PIC?

Since when are we “required” to call our CP about not accepting a JRA. CS absolutely would not let me say “not available” for the JRA and kept saying “we can’t do anything unless emailed or told from your CP” obviously that’s not in the contract but the contract verbiage is also atrociously vague in this department. They’re saying nowhere in the contract does it say we can refuse. But I’ve stated unavailable in the past and it was never an issue. Anyone else filed a grievance over this yet?
