Since when are we “required” to call our CP about not accepting a JRA. CS absolutely would not let me say “not available” for the JRA and kept saying “we can’t do anything unless emailed or told from your CP” obviously that’s not in the contract but the contract verbiage is also atrociously vague in this department. They’re saying nowhere in the contract does it say we can refuse. But I’ve stated unavailable in the past and it was never an issue. Anyone else filed a grievance over this yet?

Problem was they haven’t been notifying us just throwing on our schedule. I told em not available. Told CC the situation and that is that. I never pick up the phone usually I let them go to voicemail so I can see what I’m about to deal with and prepare accordingly.

As a sole-breadwinner as well with offers from several regionals, I want to simply know, which regional pays the best? Which regional, if you go and work hard, is most likely going to pay rent and feed my family?
I obviously can’t put a lot of stock in what recruiters tell me
