Is CRJ less of a delay? Any sense of how long to hold each base nowadays?

How much reduction do you need to reliably staff the flying we are assigning you? Let’s start at 100%. What’s your counter offer?

Is it? If you need to enter RVSM airspace for a legitimate safety concern and are limited on options I would. Just be ready and expect to answer for it. Idk just apply common sense.

Of course. Fighter guys get hired with quite a bit less I’m sure. Not many fighter dudes sitting right seat at Mesa - just a guess… The discussion was of your typical 1500 CFI type hitting an RJ and having the pick of the litter at 500 121 time.

Yes. No delay CRJ
People have said it elsewhere in this thread. Priority is for upgrades in EJET and FO's in CRJ (for sim time).
