Street hires will be soon most likely. Pre-covid you weren't sitting ready reserve in ANY base after two years. It's just a product of the pandemic.

weeks ago required Atp license in Hand , Now switched to pre covid Atp mins.

Prior to Covid, most regionals with cadet programs use your cadet DOH to determine your class seniority. If you were not a cadet but just a CJO, then the CJO date is probably what is used. Out of training you then go to the bottom of the totem pole.

Pretty sure it was just age, and not cjo. Could be wrong on that though.

I spoke with a recruiter today and it looks like they are offering prior CJO holders either CRJ or ERJ classes as early as June.

Well straight from our chief pilot a class started yesterday with “new hires in to round out the class” and there will be a new class every 3 weeks till the end of the year. Apparently upgrades are happening in both fleets too according to him.

There will be training placement bids. When that happens you can bid for those slots and the new hires will back fill. They won't offer a general standing bid at all.
