As far as I've been told I should expect a recall certified letter or a signature delivery via carrier (UPS/FedEx)
I have 10 days to reply and accept the class date, defer the recall or refuse.
From there it is back to day one of indoc and everything starts over.

You may not get a choice in base or airframe.

I expect with AA shrinking and United consolidating equipment I will end up Ejet as I originally signed for. Hopefully IAH as that was the original choice as well.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an email from the union flat out giving a link to the application site for another airline like that. But nonetheless, I just thought it funny that it came from the union.

The association is acting in the best interest of the pilots. That’s their goal.

LOL

Mesa is an ALPA carrier. Frontier is an ALPA carrier. Frontier pays more than Mesa. ALPA dues are based on a percentage of pay.

Put the pieces together.

Thats a statement that can lead to some hostility in here.

Aside from the CPP, in x-amount of years I’ve never seen the union advertise hiring for another airline. But hey, I’m not complaining if it means more captains move on.

When jet blue opened their app like 2 years or so ago they emailed out a reminder and everything.

People (esp pilots) see conspiracy everywhere. Most of the time we are giving the supposed conspirators way too much credit.
