I like P Dog's HAL idea, but gonna go with JetBlue.

JetBlue needs pilots and planes ( and one more flight attendant) instantly come this Fall if JB is awarded some of the Cuba flying ( not just Havana stuff).

JetBlue wants some exposure to west coast Mexico...and I guess some Hawaii??

It gets rid of some competition on the LAX/ SFO/ JFK/ BOS premium flights.

All this may change when the flying Eskimo buys both

Cush's roots with American make it a potential buyout. Dougie used to work with Cush. Then again, I wouldn't rule out Delta due to their growing west coast presence. The legacies are printing money right now so it's not like either airline couldn't afford to pay cash for VX. Both Delta and American fly airbi.

The only airline I'm ruling out at this point is LUV since airbii and guppies don't mix.

Delta will NOT purchase the whole airline... only for parts. Its a better sale option for a LCC.

My guess, VA guys would need to learn how to tie that double windsor again...I mean zip tie.

I've seen the VA black shirt uniform, not the best look for some VA pilots w/ dandruff... include H&S shampoo.

Black shirts are so yesterday....VA has had grey shirts for at least two years now.😜 The dandruff doesn't show up near as bad.

It could be Delta buying Cyrus' Portion. This would aid in 1. LAX expansion over to Term 3 2. DAL gates 3. LGA and DCA. 4. EWR slots being used for trade with UA. There's a lot there probably for both DL and AA.
