Bottom a320 captain is a 2012 hire, I can't tell you what month. There are a lot of people, including myself, bypassing however. Right now junior a320 is around 65% and e90 ~70%.
To give you an idea, I'm a mid 2010 hire and I sit about 55% (~late 1800's/3400) on the list. There was almost no hiring between 2008 and fall 2010.
Junior a320 (~2200/3400) JFK
Junior e90 (~2300/3400) JFK & BOS
Junior BOS A320 (~1900/3400)
Junior FLL A320 (~1500/3400)
Junior MCO A320 (~1100/3400)
Junior LGB A320 (~1000/3400)
