If you're PERSONALLY asking me, heck yeah I'll take DOH with JetBlue. I was a Feb 2012 DOH. That is FO here. At JetBlue, that's 190 or 320 captain in BOs/JFK.
So no, DOH wouldn't really be "fair" to JetBlue FOs. The same way DOH wouldn't be "fair" for VX CAs.

grim04, have you ever been through this before? No sense getting worked up too soon as this just may be the investors shaking the trees for $$ and not getting what they want. OTOH if it does start rolling we hope it is B6 as AS just wants to stop you and kill us.
I've been through the SLI drill 3 times so far, so sit at the table, pour a stiff one, ante up and wait for the cards to be dealt. Cover your cards and try to hold a poker face, OK? Maybe we can both get real pilot uniforms out of this!

Can't take credit for this I stole it. This is what a swa/at style integration would look like.
top 924 slots go to JB pilots.
The next 44 VA captains are ratio'd with the next 407 JB pilots.
The next 80 VA captains are ratio'd with the next 758 JB pilots.
The next 223 VA captains are ratio'd with the next 1131 JB pilots.
The first 54 VA FOs are ratio'd with the next 80 JB pilots.
The rest of the 199 VA FOs are stapled to the bottom of the JB FO list.
The pilots hired at JB after the merger is announced are next.
The pilots hired at VA after the merger is announced are next.

I think we should turn the seniority lists upside down so that the junior FO's are all holding captain, and then we should staple all of the captains to the bottom of the upside down turned seniority list, and make a 65 year fence and then form a new union called APLA.
