Syria itself has lost 200,000 people dead in the past 4 years and many of them were innocents trying to live a normal life. War is ugly. The more we continue to bomb and create instability in the Middle East, the more we open and expose ourselves to attacks from these very people we are attacking.
There will be no peace in the Middle East. As long as you have idiots running around claiming land for their own religion (and I don't just mean the Palestinians) then there isn't really any hope. Separate religion from the government form is the only hope for progress and living in the 21st century.
We aren't exactly innocent in this either. We've made plenty of moves in the Middle East all to support Israel and oil. Those two are huge reasons we are involved in all things ME and have gone to several Wars there since 1991. We did choose war for oil.

Yes once again those evil Christians are killing people all over the globe, wait a minute that was hundreds of years ago. Which doesn't seem to matter to the liberal ideology and their inherent hatred of anything Christian!

The muslims I'm worried about are the 95% which are peaceful. Why are they standing by doing nothing about stopping the minority of savage islamist who are killing and blowing up people. The large majority of so-called peaceful muslims should be out in the streets protesting and putting out Fatwahs on these murderous radicals. That's what makes me worry. Think about it.
If I was in Paris, I wouldn't be going out on the street simply for my own safety. You just never know what retaliation might happen. Of course here, the ignorant here commit a mass shooting at a Sikh temple in Milwaukee because "they look Moslem."

How can I stop what they are doing? I'm not responsible for what monsters do. And nothing I say or do will stop them from doing what they are doing.

Well, it's called war. Unfortunately. When one goes and bombs a country is anyone surprised when they then come to your home and bomb/kill you?

We never do anything unless it benefits us! For instance there's a reason slick willy did nothing about the death of a million Rwandans. It's sad really.
Israel's our pit bull in the yard if you will, of course they're chosen. The rest of the ME is too hard to control and have little value for life. Could you imagine? It would be like herding cats.

Lets resurrect this idea from the early 1900s. Seemed to work.
HOW TO STOP ISLAMIC TERRORISTS...... it worked once in our History...
Once in U.S. history an episode of Islamic terrorism was very quickly stopped. It happened in the Philippines about 1911, when Gen. John J. Pershing was in command of the garrison. There had been numerous Islamic terrorist attacks, so "Black Jack" told his boys to catch the perps and teach them a lesson.
Forced to dig their own graves, the terrorists were all tied to posts, execution style. The U.S. soldiers then brought in pigs and slaughtered them, rubbing their bullets in the blood and fat. Thus, the terrorists were terrorized; they saw that they would be contaminated with hogs' blood. This would mean that they could not enter Heaven, even if they died as terrorist martyrs.
All but one was shot, their bodies dumped into the grave, and the hog guts dumped atop the bodies. The lone survivor was allowed to escape back to the terrorist camp and tell his brethren what happened to the others. This brought a stop to terrorism in the Philippines for the next 50 years.
Pointing a gun into the face of Islamic terrorists won't make them flinch.
They welcome the chance to die for Allah. Like Gen. Pershing, we must show them that they won't get to Muslim heaven (which they believe has an endless supply of virgins) but instead will die with the hated pigs of the devil.

You keep believing that nonsense about "war for oil". If we did, why are buying from around the world, the smallest percentage from the ME? BTW, with fracked oil, we're very nearly producing all our consumption. If we went to war for oil, we should have put a U.S. flag on the Iraqi oilfields, declared them a U.S. possession. We didn't.
