2015 SWA ROIC targets

I thought this was interesting. Labor says we've helped make this company what it is and we want a larger share. Kelly says the 15% ROIC that has been the driving force the last few years is now "too low".
With Delta working on 2015 contracts, FDX 2 years past amendable date into contentious negotiations, and even SWAPA discussing strike options, I'd say it looks like there is about to a handful of major battles.
For all the bickering back and forth here, good contracts at these 3 companies affect the pay and benefits of the entire industry. We got more in common than we have differences right now. Good luck to my fellow pilots out there, and thank you to the union volunteers...
