Spirit Pilots can ride in the actual Spirit Jumpseat on an international flight.

Did you do the online assessment? I went to the FLL job fair in November, had the assessment sent to me in December, phone interview late February, and face to face interview recently. The earliest I could be in class is early April. There was a guy in my interview group that went to the FLL and DFW job fair. So the calls are out.

I received an assessment right after I applied in September, however it was just a 40 question type basic aptitude test with a few personality questions. I was expecting the 120 question test with questions like V is for Van. Either way I have been checking my email and spam every day so hopefully I didn't mess something up. Good luck in training.

There is no more timed test. The only the test is the online assessment, which is the shapes, and agree/disagree type questions. All you can do now is wait. When I applied (last May) it was different since the assessment test wasn't automatically sent once I applied. It was sent to me by Spirit's HR. So I knew I got selected from the job fair. I also had one of my internal rec email HR right after the job fair, which may have helped my chances, who knows. It could be that I made a good impression at the job fair too.

Benefits are different if its a registered companion vs. spouse/common law spouse.

Get married quicker if you want to non-rev ;-)
