Default HAL A321 Neo Rates

Does anyone have any info on what Hawaiian will be paying for A321 rates? CA and FO?

Thanks in advance.

You get the idea regarding the in-between years.

For FO's, 1st year pay would be the flat rate across all fleets (currently $36/hr), 2nd year 46.1% of CA pay, 6th year is 63.4% of CA pay and 12th year is 69.8% of CA pay. Actual pay tables for FOs were not published in the narrow body LOA.
Many thanks. It gives my guys a good start for analysis. I appreciate it.
We are so far behind...

I would say you are behind mostly on the captains side. 180ish v 150ish is way behind, but FO pay is fairly close with 2nd year and 6th year comparisons. Im sure HAL also has soft time, min guarantees, etc which VX is strongly against ever having.

FO pay isn't remotely close. Using the above posted rates and percentages I come up with:

HAL (A321)
2- $85
6- $120.
12- $131.

VX (APC rates)
2-$75
6-$96
12-$107

I apologize, mainly because Im to lazy to look up the rates junior to me. I didn't know 2nd yr was 75. That's crap. Lets face it, DC will never get VX close to JBlue or industry average. 6 yr FO buddy at JB made 165K last year and flew 925 hrs. Of course soft time was in there but he made 60K more than me with same seniority. Id complain on here but I think Ill pour another drink instead and just accept that we are screwed. Im voting ALPA in but they wont fix it.
