It's good to know that there is an airline in this country that can show the "other" airlines how to do things. It must be the awesomeness that is Alaska which has sustained this industry singlehanded and somehow enough rubbed off to keep these others in business.

Delta did a similar promotional video back in the 90's. I'm on my phone in Joburg, so I can't post the link, but its on You Tube, listed as Delta Air Lines Eubonics commercial. Maybe someone can post the link.

My opinion:
Occasionally people in expensive suites and a whole lot of corporate power run out of smart options and try to make us and our customers dislike each other.
I refuse. I will be friendly, courteous and helpful with other airlines’ employees and customers.
Maybe it is news to someone, but we all work hard and just because some airlines are larger than others doesn’t mean they are bad.
