I just had my 22" bag refurbished last week. Great process they sent me a loaner and they replaced everything in my bag metal full cloth etc for a about 150 bucks ... Well worth it ,I can't imagine funding a better bag for any better price

I also did a zipper refurb on my 9 year old Luggage Works bag, 35 dollars and they were supposed to replace the zippers....musta been to much hassle cause they just put in a whole new cloth to the frame.....Good deal.

I've been happy with my Strong Bag (had it about a year and a half). It's a few pounds lighter than the Purdy, but still a little heavy. It's basically an aluminum box (on five sides) and is modular, so it's easy to replace parts.
