9 of 11 offered the pos'n.
7 mil, 2 Civ offered.
2 Civ asked to re-interview in 6 months. Not sure what the problem was, the seemed like great guys.

Fix-it email on 1-25-14
I got the invite on 7-25-14.
So all 7 military got the job and only 2 of the 4 civilian?

When 7 out of 11 interviews are military and all of them get the job it makes me wonder when the civilian among us get equal treatment.

Maybe they just failed something. My interview day, the only one who didn't get hired was mil...

A little overly sensitive aren't we? This was but one class. Hardly enough data to condemn the whole system and draw THAT kind of conclusion.

In retrospect I think you're right. Apologies.

No problem! The process can and will be frustrating. Best not to show up to an interview with a chip on your shoulders. Focus on yourself and try not think about who is getting hired and who isn't. It can upset one.

Once you get the interview, the job is yours. Just be prepared, honest and positive about everything. Of course, SAFTY oriented.

Congrats crew dawg. You must of kicked butt in the interview and your credentials are excellent. Once you meet the minimums apply and update continuously. I have known more than a few 2000 hour pilots getting interviews.

No apologies necessary, but thank you just the same.

For whatever you deem it's worth, one piece of advice I have is to check with AirlineApps.com helpdesk if you are unsure or unclear about what Delta wants you to fix. My fix-it e-mail was not very clear to me right away and I actually e-mailed the AirlineApps.com helpdesk and that's who explained what was wrong. Now, does that mean it's exactly what Delta wanted fixing? Maybe not, but in this case it turned out it was. Just an idea for you guys to try.
