I don't think the above is true, I know lots of folks who started there while on terminal. You can get a 214 worksheet but I'm pretty sure you can't get the actual no kidding 214 till you're fully gone.

Of folks hired, I have one speeding ticket from a long time ago. I listed it in the main body of airlineapps, but what have other people been doing as far as the addendum goes? I'm not certain whether they want it listed there again or not.

You need to list it again on the addendum. I didnt and I got a fix it email from Delta. They also ask about them in the interview.

I did NOT re-list my speeding tickets in the addendum, just inside the app. I did not receive a fix-it email. They did ask about my tickets in the interview, but it was just a "can you confirm your speeding tickets" and that was it. Then on to the next question. CJO received...

I'm a 3/4 career escapee. Nobody I wanted to work for was hiring at mid-career. I should be able to double dip during terminal since I will likely pass up 2 classes before my terminal date. Delta is interviewing guys as far as a year out I've been told. They require a DD214 or current active duty orders at your interview. I'm told they require a DD214 to start training (by a Delta pilot not by the training department. I didn't ask them).

Do you guys know if DL accepts 10 year application completion or if they have to see all the way back to high school? A friend just did the current app (had done the UPAS app a long time ago but that's gone obviously) which is all the air apps asks for. It shows its complete and they put him on the list to review (maybe already did?) but I could have swore they adamantly required all the way back to HS.
Should I tell him to hack it all in now, or will he get a "fix it" email instead of a potential interview down the road?

He needs all the way back to high school. Make sure and read the applications fine print. It's says please complete and entire work history. PERIOD! The next sentence then says for those requiring a background check, they need to complete at least a ten year work history. They are two difference sentences and as the app clearly states you will need to complete an entire work history!
