This ^^ Delta specifically changed their app because of this. It includes all checking events including those in UPT and 141, even if the checking pilot was not an official IP. Apparently, people have been stretching the truth and it is irritating the recruiters. Just be honest and explain the situation at the interview. It is better than being walked out of ground school.

In my opinion, I wouldn't list a volunteer organization until I had enough experience with the organization to be comfortable being asked about it in an interview. The time that takes depends on how active you are.

Thanks! I was available immediately throughout that entire year period...well 2 week notice. I had less than 100 hours in the past 12 months when I put my app in though. Then over the past year I flew 350 hours in the reserves while waiting. Best of luck!
