I wouldn't stress over the hogan. If you answer honestly and are a normal person you should be ok. It's stuff like "are you good at math" well yes. "are you good at multiplying large numbers" well.. no. just be yourself and you should be ok.

Who's been hired?
Actually do stress over Hogan... they use it as a deal breaker. "I like classical music..." or "I prefer to read a book over watching TV..." Really?!
"I would enjoy skydiving." So what if you actually did 15 years ago, but haven't done it since? Your only options are true or false...
If they were using Hogan as a supplement to give you a better screening and line of questions at the interview, then I'd say don't worry.
Using a true/false line of questions as end-all-be-all without a follow-up, they've sent some outstanding candidates to Delta, SWA and AA.

Agreed 100%. The above post saying "I'm good at Math" is a yes but "multiplying large numbers " is no? Isn't that being "good at math?"

I'll be retiring from the Army late next year with 3600 TT, 2000 RW and 1600 in King Airs with 1000 of that being PIC, another 600 PIC RW. Bachelor's degree from ERAU.
I'm currently working on my resume and beginning to get myself ready for the transition. I was curious what anyone thinks my chances are for any Major or Legacy? And I am looking for extreme honesty.
Thanks.

Long story short, you've got a good chance at landing an interview, but have a back up plan! Best of luck to you.
