Unbelievable but the crew swore by it
If you are a member of a protected class, experience and skill do not matter, you go to the head of the line without passing go. I am a passenger, not a pilot and am scared every time I see protected class people in the flight deck. They most likely got there based on things other than experience or skill.

How would you "know" a protected class was in the cockpit unless your stereotyping anyone who doesn't look like most of us: Caucasian, some grey hair, balding, or wrinkles. Lol

I wonder if people make the same assumptions about you as they watch you build their Big Mac.

Careful Ron....he is highly experienced and skilled. He had to wait a long time at the back of the line for a position like that. You should see how he flips the patty (no onion mr. unprotected class)

Yea I've flown with many ex military protected class guys. Military retirement but must have zero experience or skill, especially with 5+ years on property and thousands of hours at said company. They should've really gotten that experience flying those same customers in an RJ.

Hard to tell but I think that was sarcasm aimed at previous post.
