Nothing cosmic, about 2,500 Mil hours with no masters and app in about 3 months. His app did look great before the internal rec. My advice have multiple people that have been hired review your app. Another buddy who has far better hours/qual/GPA/masters has not gotten the call it had some issues with his app prior to the rec.

That's not exactly a slouch. I didn't go to the USNA, but at the USAFA 3.0 is a Deans list for a reason. 2.18 at a service academy would translate to about a 3.18 at most civilian institutions. I would certainly hope that Delta understands that.

question for the military guys on applications. What did you do for job history if you've been employed only by the military? Did you break up assignments or just say I've been Air Force for 10 years? I have the info of assignments broken up on my resume, but was wondering if only having "1 employer" is scored differently?

I don't know how they look at the GPA in regards to who gets called but I know some of the military guys in my indoc class who did go to an academy had 2.5-2.8 or so GPA. I also have friends from college with 3.6 and one with 4.0 and still haven't heard anything.
