FAM busted for taking up skirt photos

Who cares about the photos?
If someone can grab a cell phone off his person, I wonder what other small, hand-held item a passenger could have grabbed from this FAM?
The witness grabbed Bartsch’s phone and alerted a flight attendant. The government employee was on official duty at the time and was scheduled to board a Southwest Airline Flight 3132 to Tampa.

( recalls the days of a lawsuit alleging a tanning booth facility had burned a bunch of co-eds, many who were strippers, who's attorneys provided our office with photo documentation. To say that was the most popular file in the office isn't doing the close scrutiny that case got justice ... that case apparently needs lots of ... ahem ... supervision )
