Skytrax would be the same outfit that labels QR as "5 star" and awarded them "airline of the year" 2 years running.

How's their credibility, now?

You're kidding right? EK literally has hundreds of movies loaded on their IFE not to mention TV show seasons from everything from Curb your Enthusiasm to 30 Rock and everything in between. There is no comparison in IFE with any US carrier. That's a fact. Face reality, you are going to have to compete with them, and they are jammed packed all 3/4/3 on all the rest of their 5th freedom routes. Milan will be no different.

RTFQ, I don't care about comparing Gulf carrier's coach with US. It's disgusting, been there, done that!

My comment had to do with the credibility of Skytrax, and it's "awards".

You might wanna get on one of our 777s sometimes in Business Class, and rethink your "facts"....

I have, and no comparison. What I really enjoy is the seat (think it's row 10) that faces right into the lav. on the the DAL 777s. Try and get some sleep with that door opening and closing 50 times; never mind the nice lav smell that emanates from it.

It's seats 14A, and 14D, that's why the gate agenst always give them to a Non-Rev or a LCA doing a line check! Nobody else wants it!

Don't forget Emirates hasn't always been successful at JFK. Not long ago they cancelled their JFK-HAM flight after it did rather poorly.

I have. Incredibly average food, no Grey Goose, no Remy Martin. Better value for the buck on EK, and Singapore. Cabin crew much more attentive and don't eat the pax meals.
