Silly pilot why would you want a protocol agreement. Lets just skip that and talk about everything else. When that doesnt work they will do just like they did with retirement and put it out wih zero PVC input. Man they need some bobs back on the PVC quick!

Do not try to convince them with facts! It won't work. Remember what Hitler said; "I use emotion for the many and reserve reason for the few." It worked in the last two Presidential elections, and the company uses that philosophy also (remember the shark posters?). We shouldn't try to convince anybody they need protection by using facts, IT WON'T WORK! We must paint a picture for them.

Any hear from inside the PVC what exactly the company wants in terms of productivity changes in exchange for the pay review?
