Also having a job and having seniority are two separate issues. We need a union if we want to have any real security on either matter.

Ah, the magic tax! Fixes all that ills, and saves everyone money!

Going forward with the pilot market tightening greatly, possible shortage, and the retirements coming, 2500 young and trained pilots, who are thus far anti-union, fly lots of block hours and have shown themselves willing to work for 25% less pay and benefits will be a CLEAR ASSET to an aquiring airline management.

Are you trying to build an Airline, or fly for one?

While I'll give you that patience is a virtue...
jetBlue is a Billion dollar a year company! They have been touting "industry average" for 5+ years. I don't care how old the company is at this point. The "nimble" DR is a slug with no direction other than misdirection in order to pay your less.
The "we're a new company", "give us some time", line was worn out a few years ago.

$1.3 billion in revenue in the first quarter. Pilot CASM advantage approaching 30%. Yep, I'm impatient. Pay like a major or face the consequences.....high attrition, cancelled flights, training issues due to lack of experienced new hires, etc.
