It's a simple response.
Vote NO to PPA changes (YES to your career).
Then insist that Jetblue honor the pay structure and philosophy currently in place that THEY suggested way back in 2009. Pay us the average from across the industry. It's not too much to ask (it's actually pretty modest).
Jetblue already enjoys a whopping 28% pilot-cost advantage over the AVERAGE of its competitors. Unreal.
There is no arguement they can make for this to continue.

The word "unlimited" on ANYTHING scares the crap out of me. I'm not a big fan of what we currently have with the 2 year limit on codeshares, so I'm not about to vote "yes" on taking even that little bit of protection away. International codeshares? Fine. I don't see us every doing JFK-Dubai anyway. Let Emirates keep it. Codesharing with American, Delta or United on JFK-somewhere-in-the-US? No thanks. I think what codesharing we already do with American is a conflict of interest as it is.
I MIGHT (and it's a pretty sketchy might depending on what the trade off)be okay with codesharing on routes to places like Hattiesburg, MS or Rochester, MN since it doesn't make sense to fly a 190 or a 320 in there, but ONLY if there's iron clad contract language to keep it from expanding out from there. Even then, I think it should be a one-leg codeshare to a blue city and not through a competitor's hub.

In speaking with my PVC rep they can't tie our PPA changes to any PEA amendment. My PVC rep also said that they will not give up any domestic two way unlimited code sharing via a PPA change. They are also attempting to have separate time lines to get any PEA amendments to be agreed upon before any attempted PPA changes, the PVC realizes if we give up unlimited domestic two way code sharing that we can forget about any growth or any seniority movement. He also said there is no alter ego protection in our current PEAs and they are about to start addressing that in upcoming communications with the pilots.

My PVC rep said the alter ego was managements backup plan if we don't agree to some level of code sharing that they will be satisfied with. This is what happens with no CBA in place and my PVC rep said most of the PVC is now outspokenly pro CBA.

To your post, most of the current PVC was always pro-cba.
