The new logo looks like a shark swimming at a 45 angle..
What a way to ruin a respectable Icon....It speaks volumes about ToHos vision for the "New AA"....It looks GENERIC!

i read once that the first thing about business is you never change your logo and they have neurological research to back up why.

and that the first thing an over priced consulting firm tells you to do is change your logo because its easier than real change which they couldn't devise.

i think it's a horrible change. American Airlines had a classic look, this looks second rate. UCALs was bad to me because it seemed like they didn't try, this makes you wish they didn't try.

i get that metal scheme on an Airbus is bad but this is what i wish they had done in some form or fashion:

It looks reasonable on the 777 drawing, but in the real pictures of that 737 it looks really bad!

Not a fan of it, but I give credit to trying something new even if it does look like crap. Nothing like United giving zero effort into their new imagine and keeping the clapped out golden globe around.

Angry So disappointing...

How disappointing....

I grew up in an AA family and the one thing you could count on to stand out among all the airlines that allowed their paint jobs to fade was the polished aluminum silverbird. So sad to see this go away, like so many other great things. Is this final?

Some of the other proposed liveries looked so much better.

Yikes....that's worse than I originally thought. Colorful piano keyboard, no bueno. It looks like a toy, not the type of polished branding aimed at the distinguished business travelor.

As an American scheme, meh...I do say it does look like a decent US Airways scheme..
