DOH, for sure. Why should he be swinging the gear for some mesa alumn who was still popping pimples when my husband was hired? In any merger(especially this one) DOH is the only fair, logical, rational, and just way.

I should add to the above:

You can tell your husband, coming from an AWA moderate, understand the NIC was unfair, understand wanting credit for LOS......DOH? It was DOA prior to the arbitration, it's been buried in the ground decomposing for some time now.

The best free web site for interview gouge that I know of is www.willflyforfood.cc. However, the last gouge on there is still several years old. www.aviationinterviews.com is a pay site, but gets more recent info. Probably worth forking out 10 bucks to help get a job in which you're interested. Good luck at the interview!
