Any truth to the rumor that when they call they block their number? I got a call 2 dyas ago from a blocked number while not in a position to answer. No message was left. It is frustrating not knowing who was calling.

A buddy of mine said they called from a private number. Lucky for him they called three times. Only left one message. I usually never answer blocked calls, but you bet your hind end I do now. Thing is, now I know my credit sucks, the world ends in two weeks, there is a new pill for male enhancement, and clear channel cable is offering 500 premium channels for 19.99/month.

I was talking with a ground instructor who said people's apps are randomly pulled for interviews by a third party company. So if you meet the qualifications it literally is then "hit or miss" if your app gets pulled. I'm not sure if this is exactly how it works, but that's what I was told

A major airline using a third party vendor for apps? Jesus, doesn't a major airline do anything anymore?

To clarify a little, when they called me, it wasn't private or blocked. It was 'unknown'.

If it was a private number how did he know the other two times he didn't answer it was actually Airways calling?

The number was private. In fact, my caller ID said 00. Good luck to others getting the call.

Trying to validate a theory here...where is your interview, and what state is your application address?
