EMBFlyer - congrats to ya and good luck in the interview

Glad to hear calls are still going out for August. From what I'm reading most everyone's "view directions" has dissapeared.

Any updates with anyone else? Does anyone know someone who can provide a little insight to us here about whether we'll get a phone call with that link disappearing?

Personally hoping we can hear something today, or it will be a long weekend!

I just filled out an application. I didn't see an opportunity to post letters of recomendation. Can anyone tell me how to post my letter and if I still can post it.
Thanks

The very first thing that you do when starting your application is acknowledge that you have read and understood the following. The bold is already there on the website.

Terms and Conditions

Pilot Positions

To apply for the Pilots position you will need to complete an online questionnaire and application. This can take up to 60 minutes to complete.
You will also need to upload one word or pdf file with your resume and letters of recommendation.
We ask that you have the following before proceeding:

  1. 10 years of work history with supervisors and explanations for any gaps.
  2. 5 years of residence history.
  3. 3 references contact information.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this policy.

Max, what most people have done, and been successful in doing, is to take the resume and put the letter of rec. on a second page, then attach the whole thing where the resume goes, and yes you can do it after the fact as you can also update the resume portion just not the application.

That said some folks have reported problems updating the resumes in the last few days.

I also spoke with a friend of a recruiter who said that while the five year initial training was a question they asked, it is far from a requirement. Just one more thing, kinda like a letter from an internal source, not necessary, but it helps.

All seems quiet today, so far. The waiting is tough! Has anyone who had an August application got a position filled status? I still have the Under Review after my View Directions disappeared, but no call yet.

There is an actual profile that you fill out with all that info. I believe there was a link to it after you finished the questionnaire.

There is an entire application that you fill out in addition to the pilot questionnaire. That application asks about work history, school, references, etc....

Hope you didn't miss that.
