I tried to reapply with a different profile since I added a type rating and a few more hours, but it wouldn't let me. It registers your information in the system. I applied last year and that profile is still there with a "position filled" where the under review is on the latest profile. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you will not be able to start a new profile until you see the "position filled."

Then below it says Reference No: W53-83-2281 Started on: 10/19/2012.

I hope the "Started On" means the application is complete and there's not something else I need to do for the application to be submitted.
The guys I've talked to who have gotten calls applied back in August. I have yet to talk to someone who applied in September or later and has gotten the call. For what its worth. I think they're still chronologically going through the thousands of profiles they have in their system.

I was able to apply for the September window while still "under review" for the August window. My profile now has both positions listed as "under review".

From reading on here, "View the directions" means "View the gouge" because you are getting an interview.

Anyone Viewing the directions but not getting called?
Yes, applied 8/27 and no call... Still hoping for it!

I have had the view directions for a couple of months but still crickets in my house. I even reapplied under the new requisition number to show my eagerness.

+1. I have applied in the current window and everything is the same as above.

Applied 8/28, under review, view the directions, and no call here.

Last I heard from a recent interviewee who spoke with head of HR was: if you haven't had a rejection email by now and still says under review, you will get interviewed eventually. No timetable, but he said the more you update your resume, the more it moves up the stack. I tried to update my resume on the Airways website, but it wouldn't let me. Very frustrating application process.

Not trying to be a pessimist but I will believe it when the phone rings. As for the updating of the resume online, I was trying this morning and it would not let me upload the updated one. Every time I went back to the view resume it was the one I uploaded a couple weeks ago. Heck, I would update everyday if it truly meant getting moved up the stack.
