Big difference this time around is that APA has the numbers to simply enforce their will on the minority (USAPA). APA would represent over 65% of the combined work-group, therefore negating the need for a representational election. Additionally, the CLA signed between APA and Parker lays out a clear timeline to get everything in place. The entire process would take approximately two years.
Didn't USAIR have similar numbers when compared to AWE?

No base in PIT, only CLT,PHL,DCA or PHX but they're only hiring for the east. PIT was closed a few years ago.
