Like others have said, don't contact them. Just let the process work and hope for the best. Good luck!
I second the above. It really does vary and when a class becomes available, they will call. I received the call 2 days after the interview, while a close friend waited close to 9 weeks to get the thumbs up.

Interesting to note, a fellow interviewee in the evening slot called to follow up on his status, and within 24 hours received the dreaded TBNT email (not sure the events were related or not). We are going to be hiring / running classes for the foreseeable future so be patient. And believe me when I say, the wait will be worth it as you will enjoy a long prosperous career and never look back!

There's been a couple people (buried in this thread I think) that stated they called to check up on their status and got the TBNT letter within a day or two. Based on that info, I'd just keep waiting. No news is good news.

FWIW, the guy I interviewed with felt his interview went horrible, and he was hired within two weeks. I waited for my call over the next couple days, but my phone didn't ring and I assumed the worst. I was called with a class two weeks after he was. There's no real rhyme or reason to how it works out.

Got the call today.
Application was on file for 2 years.
June 13th interview, OCT 21st class.
The wait was worth it.

Carter- you didn't get lost in the process. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!!!!!!!! You absolutely WILL receive a TBNT letter once you do. Hang in there- the training department is slammed and saturated at the moment.

I don't recommended calling, but I did send a polite email at the 9 week point. They said that they still haven't made their final decision and I was eventually hired. It was a much longer than normal wait, but well worth it.

Sorry to hear that, but don't beat yourself up too much. US Airways has one of the lowest interview pass rates in the industry, if not the lowest. Best of luck to you in your next interview.

Snoopy is very correct. You can not take it personal, just stand back up, dust off and press on forward. It was a good experience, live and learn from it.

We have turned down friends of mine with good credentials that have made me wonder how they pick them - sp keep your head up and keep networking and applying to all the airlines you want to work at.
