That's what was told to our indoc class. We had the first four PHX slots and those guys had to wait 6 months before coverage kicked in.

We'll that's what I recall hearing. I nearly chose PHX but didn't at the last minute, primarily because I didn't want to be stuck with a double commute for years. But after the benefits were explained I was glad I didn't for other reasons like that.
